“Understanding your business and delivering what you need.”
My name is Bas Jennissen. I have a business background and studied both Dutch law and Dutch tax law.
I learned to write business plans in high school, which let to me starting my own business at the age of 18. I sold it when I was 20 and a few months later I started a second one. Now we are five years down the road, the company has grown quite a lot and it’s still one of my biggest passions. It’s interesting, exciting and challenging. I hope I will never lose my love for it.
Besides running my business, I completed a bachelor in Dutch Law and a bachelor Dutch Tax Law at Maastricht University. I also participated in the European Corporate Finance Law Excellence Course and graduated top of my class. Currently, I am in my master phase. Technically, I completed the master in Dutch Tax Law: specialization direct taxation, but I am extending my studies with one year to complete the subjects of the master Dutch Trade and Company Law.
During my studies, I always thought getting practical experience was important. I worked at a transfer pricing boutique, the regional investment fund LIOF and currently I am a Tax Trainee at Archipel Tax Advice. Here I combine my business background and legal knowledge and skills to understand your business and deliver what you need.
