My name is Max, and I welcome you to ‘my page’ 😊. I am a tax advisor at Archipel & help ‘scaling international companies’ with a wide range of tax items. You should definitely involve me if you are innovating, or moving internationally.
I was born in Amsterdam, raised in Rotterdam & after my studies in Leiden, I am now live in Amsterdam again. During my gap year, I learned (British) English in Bristol (UK) and I did a business course in Shanghai for a trimester. This formation gave me a ‘geen woorden maar daden’-mentality in combination with an international mindset. I am based in our Amsterdam Office, but you can also regularly find me at our offices in The Hague.
Relevant tax topics I love to help with include a smooth application process for Dutch Wage Tax Credit (WBSO) & Innovation Box, efficiently setting up an international global structure, and everything related to smoothly setting up shop in the Netherlands.
Zooming in on one of these topics: many of the projects I work on focus on successfully guiding clients through an international expansion journey. I understand that such an expansion is an exciting moment in your personal and ‘business lifecycle’, so you want strategic international tax advice to support success now & in the long-term.
